Components: Python 323, Hurricane Remote Start, 524k power door lock kit
Vehicle: 2011 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab
Knowledge: beginner

Everything works fine but the locks. The 15amp fuse on the violet wire keeps blowing(seemingly random). Below is what I have wired. Did I install incorrectly, or am I missing a ground/short somewhere?

Do you have wiring information for the lock kit? MOST door lock modules require a - signal to activate the locks... so you would need to change your violet wire to ground instead of 12v (+). But I would check the wire diagram to verify it first. I can't seem to find anything on the 524k as far as wiring goes.

From the poster's colours I'm guessing it's either a Spal or MES kit with the blue timer relay.
Connect the violet/black and violet to ground, WHITE/ black and BROWN / black NOT connected, blue/black and GREEN/ black to violet and brown connect whichever way round locks on arming and unlocks on disarm. You can test this by grounding first the lock kit brown then violet, that should either lock then unlock or vice versa determining which one is the lock and which one the unlock trigger.
If that works the lock unlock correctly go on to join from the alarm as I said above.

The alarm and lock kit are products of Directed Electronics.

I'll try to scan the wiring tomorrow morning, though the legend provided shows the alarm's colors.

Based on what I see in the diagram.... why the relay kit?

The 323 has built in lock relays.... does it not?

Yea I believe it does based on the wiring KarTuneMan. Does this mean I need to eliminate the kit relay?

Good catch Gary!
Wire the Python as I said above , eliminate the 524K relay and run the GREEN/ black to either the BCM at right of steering column* white, 15 pin plug to pin 5 purple.
Wire the blue/black to the same plug, pin 6 lt. green*
*Both are also located in the driver's kick panel.

As much as it pains me to type this, I don't understand what you're asking me to do. What do I need in the BCM for the door locks? I don't understand how I'm eliminating the lock kit relay when the only wires you mentioned belong to the alarm?

Locks: I ended up diode isolating the locks. Much easier and it worked.

@luig1094
Checklist:

Did you connect the starter's remote wire to an aux wire on the alarm?
Did you connect the starter's ignition wire to the ignition input on the alarm?
Did you program the alarm's aux channel you have connected the remote wire to remote start?

Yes, it works now thanks, but the only thing is that it won't start again through the remote once you have used the key. I would have to turn it off and then off through the switch so it could work again, and so on and on and on. also im having the same problem you had with the doors. Its confusing since I only have to wires for mines (Accord 95 ex)
