WANT THE VEHICLE TO START WITH AFTERMARKET REMOTE STARTER

Last year I installed a DEI dBALL bypass module and avital remote starter (D2D) to a 2011 Lexus GX-460 (SUV) push button with a factory remote  starter.  I was notified everything worked for about 2 months then the remote starter stopped working.

I revisted the SUV 2 weeks ago OUT IN THE FIELD.  Verified all the connections were good.  I removed the dBALL and brought it back home to REFLASH it with the most current sotware.

I reinstalled the dball and tried to "Learn it" to the car.  The dBall detected that the vehicle has a factory remote starter and will not ALLOW the remote start feature from the dBALL.  All other DATA features work - such as lock and unlock.

In the dBALL manual it says you might have to pyscially diable the remote starter to proceed.  IF SO, DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE THE FACTORY REMOTE STARTER MODULE IS?  How do you disable it?

Also in the dBALL manual  says if you get a blinking orange indicator light that the dBALL  programm button has been pushed 5 times (which it has).  Is this significant?

Any help would be appricated
