My wife recently bought a 2006 Monte Carlo which had factory remote start installed. Someone had purchased one of those range-extending kits and had it installed. There is no owner's manual with it. The 2-way remote has 'DATASTART' across the top. The remote will operate the car starter but has no working call-back feature. I was able to buy another remote but I have no programming instructions for it. Is there anybody out there that has installed any of these units? Anybody that might have some programming instructions for me? Thanks in advance. GLENN

I think that is a Xpresskit.com product or the old Bypasskit.com product. If you can get a model number from the box do a search for it on that site. I am sure there is a manual on that site for it!!!!!

Thanks so much for the help. Once I knew who the manufacturer was, it was fairly simply to go to their website and get a phone number for tech support. I was on hold for quite a while but when the fellow came on and I explained the situation, he knew what product I had and how to program the new remote. I tried it and it worked flawlessly. Always nice to have someone point you in the right direction. Thanks again.
