On the kia soul and 07 up sportage does the factory remote still work while under remote start?

Don't think so. I always do locks .

as far as the soul goes the fob doesnt work when the car is running I dont believe any kia remotes work when there running   I could be wrong though   its been awhile since ive done the older sportage but I always to a start/keyless kit so the customer doesnt need to carry 2 remotes
