I have a 2002 2500hd. I am looking to install a viper 5901 with an xpresskit dball. I cant find the install for the xpresskit. Also how to wire the two in together. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Firs,t make sure your DB-ALL is flashed with the 401.GM5 v1.06.01 firmware.  Then follow the DB-ALL GM5 Type 6 install
guide diagram.  The Remote Starter is shown at the top of the diagram on Page 9.  It pretty much lists/shows all the connections.

Soldering is fun!

What about the alarm part of the viper?

The DB-ALL should give you a lot of your door trigger inputs, etc. So for the Viper you should only need to connect the main ignition wires (make sure to trigger all ignition/accessory wires in that truck), ground, parking lights, tach (from what I've found the DB-ALL tach signal is very unreliable), hood pin.

also which wire is the 2nd ignition on the viper

the viper should have a flex relay output (pink/white) connect that right to the white 2nd ignition wire on the truck and make sure you have all 3 red, RED / white, and RED / black wires connected to 12v constant power. That truck also has a 2nd accessory wire which you will need to power off of a relay connected as follows:
Pin 86 - 12v constant (fused)
Pin 85 - (-)200ma 2nd accessory output (normally orange on the Viper)
Pin 30 - 12v constant (fused)
Pin 87 - 2nd accessory wire on vehicle.

Man i'm having a hell of a time. this is what I have so far

Remote Start:
+Accessory Output (10 pin orange wire) to orange ign harness
+Brake input (18pin brown wire) to brakes switch white
Parking Lights (12 pin white wire) to brown bcm
Ignition 2 (10pin pink/white) to white ign wire
hood switch (18pin grey) to hood switch
12volt (12pin red wire) to red ign wire
groung(12pin black) to ground
Starter output (10pin violet) to ign yellow wire
Ignition 1 output(18pin pink) to pink ign harness

DBALL:
Ignition input(10pin pink) to pink ign harnes
j1580(purple / YELLOW 14pin) to purple obd2
R code(violet/green and violet/brown 12pin) to yellow ignition bcm

And i'm supposed to hook up red wire, RED / black, RED / white from 12pin rs to 12volt constant. Where is the third red wire coming from?

It sounds like you have some issues with your main ignition wiring. In your last post you seem to have some of the ignition wires coming from one harness and some from another. Here is what you should have connected:

From Main (heavy gauge) ignition harness:
Red, RED / White, RED / Black - connect together (before or after fuses.. doesn't matter as long as there is at least 1 fuse within the line somewhere) - Red 12v constant wire in vehicle
Pink - Pink Ignition 1 wire in vehicle
Pink/White - White Ignition 2 wire in vehicle
Orange - Orange Accessory wire in vehicle
Violet - Yellow Starter wire in vehicle
*You will also need a relay connected as stated in my previous post to power the Brown 2nd Accessory wire in the vehicle

From the Single Row Main Harness:
Red - Connect to one of the red, RED / white, or RED / black wires. Or anywhere with a 12v constant signal. Just make sure it stays fused.
White - Brown parking light wire in vehicle
Black - Chassis ground (preferably low in the driver kick panel)

From the small gauge multi-pin harness (possibly 18 pin)
Brown - White brake wire in vehicle
BLACK/ White - chassis ground
Gray - Hood Pin
Violet/White - white @ instrument cluster - Tach signal from vehicle (don't trust the DB-ALL signal)

DB-ALL:
Connections how you have listed are correct as far as I know

How do I go about hooking up a relay to the Brown second accessory wire?

Just like this but substitute the (-)200ma 2nd ignition wire for the (-)200ma 2nd accessory wire.

Can someone verify for me if my diagram is correct. In my photobucket it is showing up properly (coil to 12v constant) but even if I refresh, it keeps showing up as the old diagram I had before fixing it where the coil was going to ground... I'm confused as hell right now.

That is so weird. Even still it is showing up on my screen as the (-)2nd ignition to one side of the coil and the other side of the coil to ground. I noticed the error when I originally posted it, then went back and edited it and then re-hosted it. Oh well. Glad its working for everyone else..haha

Got everything ready to install. Now on this relay part, Do I hook up the pink/white wire from main heavy guage wire or the pink/white wire from the 18pin connector? Same with the orange wire, From heavy guage or from 18pin?

the negative from the 18pin harness.
