The difference is the Letter D and the Letter V. Viper is a DEI company. The V i s for Viper, and the D is for Directed as in DEI.

Just re-branding the same product, virtually every Viper product = every Clifford product = every Python product.
Same product carries a different part number in the UK (different cellular frequencies in Europe).
