I used a db-all and data to data when installing here is where my aggarvation lies and I'm curious if it's just how it is with a aftermarket alarm in the new trucks.

At night disarm it with stock keyless remote headlamps/parklamps/backup lamps and domelight illuminate.

Disarm with the clifford and I get 2 blinks of the parklights and then darkness. Does the DB all not force the bcm to turn on all exterior lighting.

I know I can wire up external relays to trigger all of these functions but I figured I'd try it first my 06 old body style turned all exterior lighting after disarming the alarm. And my newer smart truck gives me the finger.

For those that have installed using the db all in the new sierras and silverados is this how they work in the newer trucks

According to xpresskit.com the db=all doesn't control the lighting at all. Normally parking lights are connected from the r/s to the vehicle and will only flash the parking lights. There may be some other way to get it to work, but I am not aware of any.

The I-data ADSALCA module will also activate the perimeter lighting feature. If you use one, make sure to also use the ADSRNGGM3.

I had already installed the db-all I'll try it for a while and if it bugs me too much swap out to one of the mentioned modules. I guess for the most part it night when I get in it and already remote started so it's no big deal anyway. I thought there might have been a setting I was missing. Thanks
