I have a 94 Jeep GC and have installed a wireless entry system the IC 2RTA  It was given to me so I can't return it.. anyway it works great except that I does not have an outlet pin to flash the parking lights when locking and unlocking the vehicle or a horn honk.. I've been looking a the  forum for the last couple of days and can't find any diagrams to do this... since it is a postive trigger 3 wire lock/unlock system.. I did see one thread that said he had gotten the lights to flash. I have tried a couple of the diagrams already posted but they don't seem to require a longer pulse from the IC unit to trigger the relays.. I'm referring to the "adding light flash with the siren output" diagram and i was experimenting with the "Momentry to constant output" alone with the "Constant to Monemtary 12V(+) output" diagrams and thoes don't work either. My thoughts were there should be an easy way to connect to the Door lock Green wire from the IC 2RTA to get a light flash when locking the vehicle and connect to the Door Unlock Yellow wire from the IC 2RTA also. I'm also assuming that once I can get the lights to flash that getting the horn to honk would be simular prccdure. Pin outs/wires from the 2RTA are as follows... Whire Polarity imput connected to (+)12volst,  Red to Constant 12 (+),  Black to ground (-),  Green to Door unlock,  Yellow to Door Lock,  Purple to Ignition (+)12v.  there are also Brown to Trunk release not used, Orange to truck lid button not used,  Gray for 5 wire locks and bllu also for 5 wire reverse polarity locks.  Thank you for any help you can give.

This will give you a single on lock and a double on unlock.
Assumptions, your light flash is POS and your horn honk is a NEG trigger at the steering column.
That's for you to work out/find out.
All the diodes shown (1N4004) are needed.

I have another question if you don't mine.. which end of the unlock and lock wires go to the switch.. I think on the unlock  the right end goes to the switch and on the lock wire the botton wire goes to the switch.. ??????????????

an observation about  the diagram..  the relay on the bottom left terminal 85 is not connected to anything, Is that possible?? I'm thinking it should be grounded is that right. ??

Also I misspoke in my previous post about where the yellow and green wires go. does the right end of the green(unlock) wire go to the 2RTA control or tap into the wire to the switch.?? and does the bottom end of the yellow (lock) wire go to the  2RTA control or tap into the wire from the switch. ???

You're absolutely right, I kept having to chop bits off my original to to get it to upload, that 85 does go to ground.
The green and yellow wires do go on to control the locking either at the factory relays under dash or the switch wires (it's been about 15 years since I played with one of these, I can't remember).
It would also make no difference if you changed over the green and yellow, you'd simply get 2 on arm and 1 on disarm.
Note this is an experimental set-up.

Top left to control box, top right and bottom left to switch.

Took a  couple of day but I did test it today and it works..  great, Now I just need to find a place to hide it.. LOL  it is pretty big since I used all bosh type relays for automotibles.

Great!
You might have used a 10amp rated PCB (smaller case) relay for the lights but you need the bigger one for the horn!
