I recently had a local remote start tech. do a Avital 4103LX unit in a 2005 Honda Pilot for me and since then ,the vehicle has lost drivers door control of the pass.side power windows / Lock-Unlock button & auto dome light functions from both drivers side doors. I have tried to trace it back to no avail. - tried unplugging the remote brain & bypass [DEI- PKH34] to see if something would happen-no go.The locks were picked up at the pass.kick 20 pin plug / Left side door pins working good [turns door courtesy light on/off ok] but not dome? Is there some reset procedure needed or any thoughts on this Pilot?   Thanks for any input

first off, don't mess with stuff you didn't install. you paid someone to install it, so bring it back to have it checked out.

^This. You paid for a reason. Tell them to make it right. If you start digging into it and find out its a fried module you have now given them an out to deny you with paying for the repairs.

i agree with the other 100% with not touching anything and bringing it back to where you got it installed.
But...there is something you can try. If they unplugged the drivers door window control switch while hooking up the disarm wire, then the auto windows might need to be reprogrammed. I helped a friend who had a dead battery on his Acura MDX and had to reprogram this also. I can't remember the exact procedure. But if you follow these steps, by the end it should work if this was the problem.
1) Turn on ignition
2) On the passengers door, press the window down button and hold it. Continue to hold it for 2-3 seconds more AFTER the window has opened all the way.
3) On the passengers door again, Press and hold the window up button and hold it. Continue to hold it for 2-3 seconds more AFTER the window has closed all the way.
4) Repeat steps 3 and 4 again.(open and close the window 1 more time holding down the switch for 2-3 seconds like above)

Now goto the drivers door switch and see if its working now.

If not, the drivers switch might have 2 positions for the passenger window. press it all the way and the window is supposed to "auto" open, lightly tap the button and you have the control on how far down it goes. Try the above procedure at the drivers door passenger switch by lightly pressing or lifting the passenger window switch and holding it for 2-3 seconds after the movement up or down.

If the above works, I saved you a trip... If not you haven't touched any of their wiring and things can still be warrantied.

what flobee mentioned is common for all 06+ lexus models as well. not usre if the honda does that as well. you can definitely give it a shot.
