got a 98 cavalier put remote starter/alarm on it avital 5303 and 555l turn key over car starts runs about 2 seconds then dies and theft light stays on.

when i go to remote start it with the remote it just cranks and never fires?

where did i go wrong besides not hiring a professional.

Sure you wired your bypass for Passlock ONE, ?
