Thank you Tedmond...
I wired the FT-6000AS Blade-TB to the 2000 GMC Jimmy SLT
It starts with the remote then shuts off because it does not sense the tach.
The Blade showed it learned by lighting green.
Also, the door looks do not work with the remote.
Guessing I need to wire in the tach and door lock/unlock

I wanted to make sure you all know that I did try the tach learn process.
And it does not work?

it it starts and shuts off it means you have a bypass issue. To learn tach start vehicle with key, step and hold the brakes, press start on the remote. the unit will click once to indicate tach learn.
the other problem is you used the wrong bypass. The correct bypass should have been the BLADE-AL. That would have done locks, triggers etc for you. It would have been a better route for your application. You have to hard wire the locks now.

Ah, So The 2000 GMC Jimmy SLT will use the Blade-AL also?
Idatalink showed to use the Blade-TB...
I did the tach learn process you explained, it does not work keep getting 2 beeps not just 1 to indicate that it learned it.

the 2000 gmc jimmy would use the blade tb. the blade al would have done tach for you.
this is what you need to do, run the yellow/black tach input to an injector or tach. get the vehicle to start, then do door locks after.

2000 GMC Jimmy SLT
Compustar FT 6000AS
While using the Blade AL
I get tach, dome light, door triggers, door lock
But I do not get unlock?
I also have the Blade TB That would require w2w
All the wiring diagrams that I have seen only show (+) for the door unlock and lock
The instruction for the FT 6000 AS
Call for the door locks, unlocks & trunck release to connect with a negative (-) 250mA
Please forgive me for the NOOB questions as this is my frist install.
Thank you all for all your help!!!

Thank you all for all the help...
The engine light comes on and stays on after I remote start the GMC Jimmy ???
I have reset the engine light witch will stay off until I use the remote start then it lights up again. Is this because I have not connected the 2nd ignition?

The AL on that car does passlock and tach. That is it.
The TB does passlock only

You must connect the 2nd ignition on that car. Not sure about that one in particular but you can cause transmission damage on many GM's by not connecting it. It is listed in the wiring diagrams for a reason...
I am pretty sure you need 2nd accessory hooked up as well for the heater blower. Make sure that if the unit does not have a flex output (which that compustar does not), you MUST use relays on the 2nd ignition and 2nd accessory wires. Connect as follows:
Pin 85 - (-)200ma 2nd ignition output
Pin 86 - 12v constant fused
Pin 87 - 12v constant fused (20amp)
Pin 30 - 2nd ignition wire in vehicle
Pin 85 - (-)200ma 2nd accessory output
Pin 86 - 12v constant fused
Pin 87 - 12v constant fused (20amp)
Pin 30 - 2nd accessory wire in vehicle

Is this another GMC jimmy than in your compustar thread? If not, then there is no need to start another thread. If it is another, just like that 2000 GMC Jimmy, this one will also need a bypass. With idatalink bypasses, the ADS-ALSL GM
will do data immobilizer and tach (similar to the blade-al) and the ADS-TBSL KO or ADS-TBSL PL will jsut do data immobilizer (similar to the blade-tb).

as metz suggested.
The AL on that car does passlock and tach. That is it.
The TB does passlock only
NO other features are supported as you suggested (locks, domelight, etc)
you will have to make analog connections to the vehicle. the locks are negative from the unit. if the vehicle uses positive locks use 2 relays
85 - lock or unlock from compustar
86 - constant 12v
87 - constant 12v
30 - lock or unlock on vehicle
