BMW 2002 325i Alarm Install

Hey, I'm planning on installing PYTHON 872 5202P on a 2002 beamer 325i. I have never done BMW but I have been successful with my other installs. I have been reading and I have seen that the lights and the factory alarm is a problem.

So far most of the cars I have worked on don't have factory keyless entry so im not sure what I would do with this...

I believe this python has the relays for the lights on-board. About the factory alarm I have no idea what I would need.

Are there any other issues I should be aware of?

You can do anything !

A very easy vehicle if you've done loads.
Drop the under dash area on the driver's side.
You can see the ignition loom wiring.
There are two reds (I think RED / green and RED / blue =12V+ constant your supply.
Light green ignition.
Light GREEN/ other colour or BLACK/ other colour starter.
Violet (purple) 2nd. ignition.
That lower panel, puddle light, RED / blue = POS door trigger to Python violet.
Adjacent to it, data socket (OBD II) thin black at pin 9 = tach.
Loom from driver's door (far end driver kickpanel, open carefully, the insulation is a PITA, WHITE/ black = lock, RED / blue = unlock. Both NEG,   enable comfort close if you have it to raise windows and close roof if present.
Passenger side floor loom, level with rear of seat WHITE/ brown trunk trigger, NEG, grey/light green trunk release, POS, connect to your RED / white via a relay at 5amps fused.
Trunk, diodes on the RED / yellow trunk illumination, 1N4004 one in each, otherwise every few times you arm they will trigger the alarm (reverse voltage spikes).
Engine bay, siren and hood switch there's an existing black plastic hood switch engine bay side of firewall enclosure, BROWN / green, NEG.
Lights, refer to Bulldog alarms, ready remote, this site, we do it differently in Europe.
Brake light again different, check above.
Use a 556UW as your by-pass, use a grey VALET key, NOT the regular key.
Don't connect the Python's ACC output. Because of the way it's used in starting the car, the vehicle ACC MUST be wired as the second ignition see above.
I mount the antenna in the nacelle behind the gauges (2 x T20 screws) and prise out. If the LED is part of that antenna, mount in the normal place.

P.S., factory alarm NOT a problem if you connect to the locks where I stated you're controlling the factory alarm.

Blue/red behind globe comp. will unlock and double pulse disarm.
WHITE/ black will lock and arm alarm.

Parking Lights
remove switch-facing you
gray ribbon wires. cut # 4 from left
use a relay

85 from parking lights alarm (negative)
86 12volts
87a to wire #4 away from switch
30 to wire#4 toward switch

I always went to the door loom because just about everything else is there.
Europeans didn't need a double pulse so sorry about that.

Thanks for all the answers. As of now I am looking for a bypass that doesn't require the key (if that is possible) because when I got the car only came with one key. For what I have read everything is the same except for this bypass thing.

You can do anything !

Buy a Grey Valet key, it's a lot cheaper than a regular key and it's the only key that will work in the box.
Also a lot cheaper.

Fortin list nothing before 05, DEI (Xpresskit) only list the 556.
