2000 toyota avalon python 1401

Same as Viper 5101.
1) I attempted to install it earlier, I failed. The car did not start or crank it just flashes 7 Times which mean the manual mode is active but I wire the neutral safety wire to ground. or I have to program it to Automatic mode? if yes, How do I program it?

2) the H3 harness, I used all of them. Should I be using all of them? If I don't, can someone provide me the details on what and where to connect the wires?

H3/3 ORANGE ACCESSORY OUTPUT

3) How do I program the PKALL correctly?

4) What are the minimum requires just to test the remote start? ( H3,H1, and neutral safety hooked up or more?)

neutral safety needs to be grounded, the toggle switch (if it has one) needs to be in the right position, and automatic transmission needs to be programmed. I believe on the new DEI junk that all the units are default as manual trans. I'm not 100 percent sure on how to program those units, its been a while, but it should be in the install manual. What is up with the12volt.com forums and DEI? I guess thats why there's always posts on these products...not user friendly and full of bugs. Sorry to rant on your post.
