i have several Viper 550ESP and it's indentical counterparts with whatever names might be on them.

i also like to use 450R units with these systems.

i want to add a cell phone trigger (and maybe other operations) to my roadmaster wagon's security/start system.

will an 820M still work? or are they outdated?

there doesnt seem to be alot of info out there on any recent posts.

BTW... i have a nokia E71 cell phone so if anyone has ideas on a device that could help it operate the 550ESP, i would love to hear all about it.

thanks

If your system moves you physically and not emotionally, you have wasted your money.

well, i got my answer straight from DEI.

820M units operate on an analog cell signal that is no longer used in the U.S.

so an 820M is useless.
