I'm looking for the Install Manual for this Alarm Upgrade for the OEM Keyless entry. System isn't bought yet, but if I get the right answers, I'll get it professionally installed soon.

Only the User Guide is provided online and I still have some questions about the way it is Armed/Disarmed. These could be easily answered by just looking at the install diagram and program instructions.

Specifically:
-Will the unit make the difference from a normal unlock by remote and the internal door switch? (I don't want a system that can be bypassed by breaking a window and simply disarming via the switch). My car has the unlock once for driver, twice for all doors "feature" from remote, if that's the way they monitor the signals.

-Will the OEM Auto lock/unlock with park feature be interfering with normal operation, or the fact that the key is in the ignition sufficient to avoid arming the system this way?

Indeed, it should not be able to disarm from the switch as long as it is installed correctly.

I spoke further with the installer, and he seemed confident that once he gets the car in front of him, he should be able to install it properly so it can't be defeated that easily.

Since the Kia BCM provides 2 different outputs for both sides, connecting both properly should do the job. It's just that I couldn't find "written proof" that this specific unit had all the inputs required.
