Hi,
i bought a GMC Sierra 1995 with the Command start 2400/2500. I found how to program a new remote. Now i can lock/unlock the doors but the start function is not working. I press the button 1 and the unit will turn on the lights and put gas to engine, Crank is in the first time working for 1 second, after this is just lights on then of no more Cranking or something. I did this today again but now is just the lights on no more
PS. Then is the engine running i press button 1 and take the key out, the engine is running over 20 min and stops no more just by press the button on the remote or push the brake. Can adjust the time for this feature to

sounds like its in tachless or voltage mode. Try increasing the crank time and see if that works, if not you should run or reprogram tach.

sorry for the question but this is the first time with a command start and all shops here in Calgary say, the last person i now put for years the last command starts in.
I now this unit is working. How i can program the unit new and what for steps i have to do
