HI all I am new here, I am having some problems with my truck and it appears to be tied to the car alarm. Since I have never owned one I am looking for some expertise to guide me through figuring this out.
Even when the keys are not in the ignitiion and the heater blower fan speed switch will turn on if moved off of the off position. - Car stereo no power at all(might not be related) If I move the auhillary relay box for the viper alarm box I have had it shut off and work as it should? I have no remote control for this as I bought the truck with this system and the owner said nothing of this equipment being in it. -The door lock wires come off the viper alarm control unit but do not tie in anywhere, which might explain why the door locks do not work, but I do not know where to tie this in.
Does anyone have any guidance for me?

I'm not sure I am understanding you correctly. If you move the aux. relay box for the viper then the fan shuts off and works normally?
The door locks may not have been connected originally as that vehicle should have a 5 wire system (if the locks are powered) and the installer may not have cared enough to add the extra relays... so that most likely is not your issue. But you can look in the driver kick panel area and see if there are any cut factory wires coming in from the driver door.

With the keys out of the ignition the blower or fan motor would run as long as it was not in the off position. Then I moved the viper alarm relay box and it shut off. It was all normal until I turned the ignition to run position again then I turned on the fan , turned the keys off and the fan would stay running until I physically turned the fan switch to the off position so i turned the fan switch back on without the keys in the ignition and the fan would run. Shake the relay box a little and the fan would shut off? Sounds like the relay to me??

Yea, it sounds like one of the relays is possibly bad. I can't picture that unit in my head, but is there a ribbon cable coming off the relay box? If so, check to see if that is pinched anywhere. If one of those wires is shorting to ground, it will activate the relay and cause power to run to the ignition.
If it is not pinched, connect a meter to the orange wire in the ribbon harness and see if you are getting a ground on that wire. If so, then it is probably a bad remote starter and your best bet is to take it completely out and put a new one in if you want.
