I would like to know if there's a way I can program an original remote to a chevrolet HHR 2006?

Don't think so.  Believe all HHR's are Dealer Scantool only.  This note from a keyless remote  re-seller :

HHR models will require a scantool for remote programming.
 
Many Dealerships now have small portable scantools and can perform this procedure
for you in the parking lot for free as a courtesy to their customers
