The 1100f bypass module only lists upto an 06 f150. does anyone know if it will work on a 07?

Yes.  Used one a 2007 F-150, and  a 2007 & 2008 Edge.  Also used them on 2010 F-150's and even a 2012 Lincoln MKZ.

Just checked my notes.  The 2007 has a Green, 4 Pin, Type B transponder connector.

RX = Gray/Orange = Pin 4

TX = WHITE/ Light Green = Pin 3
