Did a new body 2012 kia rio today sorry no pics yet but figured I would share readyremote.com is correct on there info except for the locks if you use the red and pink like the tech sheet says your tapping into the door switch wires and when you lock the car using the factory remote after about a minute the car ignores the switch unlock command therefore ignoring the remote starts command.
At the bcm connector closest to the fire wall pin 20 is BROWN / orange drivers door unlock pin 19 is yellow/black unlock relay trigger and pin 18 is orange lock relay trigger
Use pin 20 and 19 split with a diode to unlock from remote start will open all doors regardless if the switch goes to sleep or not
I used a avital 4103 so I didn't use the door triggers or domelight. And the car didn't have a factory alarm so I don't know about the arm disarm wiring
