I recently installed a Compustar 6200 1 way system, everything worked fine for quite a while, customer then had his windshield replaced, and an after replacement the system stopped working..no locks or start. Antenna led is on solid all the time and the module will not accept any transmitter programming now. Tried a new antenna cable and antenna, same thing. Module will go into programming mode, but it seems like its not seeing the remotes now. Tried unplugging the module and reconnecting, but no change. Anyone ever have this problem or any ideas for a solution?

Forgot to mention its installed in and 06 F150 crewcab, using a Blade TB bypass and doorlocks hardwired. System worked fine for the past 6 months, all problems arose after a windshield replacement. He even used it when he dropped it off for the windshield that morning. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try seeing if its in valet mode? Cycle the ignition (on/off/...) 5 times within 7 seconds. If they disconnected the battery at all, its possible that the unit automatically defaulted to valet mode for safety. My coworker just had similar issues with his and that was the cause. Once you get it out of valet mode (if it was in fact in valet mode) then you may have to reprogram the remotes.

Just had the customer come back to check it again. Does not seem to be in valet mode, as there is no transmitter function what so ever.(no lock function or light flash) Disconnected the power to the starter and removed transmitter batteries for awhile, reinstalled them and tried again, still nothing. Blue light on the antenna is always on, and when you cycle the key to program, you hear the module click once to indicate its in programming mode, but it doesnt want to see the transmitters and the module will eventually time out (2 clicks). Does anybody have any ideas on what else I could try?

Never ran into this issue but...
You could try using the OP-500 to record the current option settings, then setting everything back to factory defaults, then do a BIOS upgrade ( think 6.07 is the current revision ) on the CM6200. Then try programming the remotes and setting the options, etc.
Next step would be : Try switching to the other style antenna / remotes. If you are using the 4 Pin antenna style, switch to the 6 Pin style with the appropriate antenna kit. ( Maybe the antenna port is bad.)
Just swapping to a new CM6200 brain might be easier as a test. ------------- Soldering is fun!
