I am going to be hooking up a window module on a 94 Toyota 4runner rear window. I never done one of these can someone give me the wiring diagram for the rear window. any help would be great.

No but this is such a basic question.
Two ways test for and find motor wires:-
At front switch* or remove panel and find motor wires at window.
*Some Japanese vehicles use data from the switch so you might have to go to the motor.
Motor wires both "sit" at ground at rest one will go to 12V+, the other will stay on ground for "UP" and vice versa for "down".

Update:-If you mean the tailgate glass, RED up and GREEN down, found at rear window relay.
