Well, thanks to this site, I found most of wires....but I still can't find some wires.  This is for 1992 Lexus LS400

1. for Door trigger/Dome light, it supposed to be red-white wire by the driver kick panel. Well, I found this wire, but it shows ground when any door is open or closed (ohm meter beeps)

2.trunk hatch release-its supposed to be RED / whire wire by the switch. Well, there are two wires by the switch but neither are RED / white. However, one wire shows 12V while other wire doesn't. which wire do I hook up the trunk release too?

Thanks for your help!!!

I see that RED / white wire is the dome light wire. But why does this wire shows ground (ohm meter beeps) whether any door is open or closed?  Its not supposed to ground (beep) when the door is closed right? That is why I'm confused...

Also, for the trunk pin, I found the RED / blue wire by the anti-theft module. But this one shows very weak ground (ohm meter doesn't beep, but shows around 150) Do you think this wire will work?

Lastly, what is "Tail" fuse? (for the parking light green wire) Perhaps I should start a new thread for this.

Thanks!

Why aren't you metering voltage instead of resistance?

well, its a negative trigger so I thought I was supposed to check the resistance. Am I wrong?

Thanks for your help!

I got installation manual for Clifford intelliguard 6000 alarm at clifford.com

However, some sections are missing such as Door trigger/Interior light supply section, Door triiger/parking light section, and Door locks section. It says to look at these section in the binder but.....its not at the clifford.com

Does anybody have this?
