Wiring chart shows:

PURPLE / green and YELLOW /GREEN (driver door keypad)
both -
BCM, gray 26 pin plug (C), pins 18 and 11

I'm assuming this does the same thing as hitting the two last keys on the keypad to lock and arm the factory system

So my question is do I need to diode isolate and send a neg pulse to both at the same time, or pick one or the other? Can I send the same neg pulse from the alarm lock wire?

Its a Hornet 727T OEM Addon, so I use the factory fob to arm and disarm, witch works fine and arms factory system also, but I want to use the passive feature so it auto arms 30sec after last door. Passive works but with out the factory arm wire hooked up it only locks and arms the alarm leaving the factory measures disarmed.

thanks

It can't hurt anything to diode isolate them.
