Anyone used the VSM50BT SmartStart with the bluetooth? Is the speed the same as the regular remote?? Also can it be used witht the regular smartstart or does it utilize the same plug?

I haven't used one yet, but its supposed to plug inline with the antenna cable. Therefore, leaving the port open for smartstart. It definitely faster then the DSM200/250. The smartstart application will be able to tell that you are within the 35ft of the VSM50BT and connected. When whatever command you send from the smartstart program is sent, it will only send the command through bluetooth. Therefore, not duplicating the command through the DSM200/250. You'll need the smartstart app version 3.0
