This is all I did I went to this address https://managesmartstart.com/install/login signed up to be an installer used my good e-mail address that only few people have to sign up I got a name and password

Then I logged in using the new name and password put the units id in filled out the forum using a different e-mail address (one that I use for everything) I think you can’t use same e-mail as the one you used to sing up for the installer account

did all the testing  clicked on finished got an e-mail with a link and password to login pick the package you want 1 year 3 year gps options put your cc info in that’s it activated all done

this is how to activate the viper smart start without an authorized dei dealer
