Hello, I just installed an Autopage RS 665 2W remote start, and it won't start when the engine is cold, but will start after the engine is warm. I connected both starter wires. The violet(starter 1) to the BLACK / YELLOW and the gray/black (starter 2) to the BLACK/ green. Are they supposed to be in reverse or did I miss something else? Thanks, Ben.

The Gray/Black Starter2 wire is a (-) 200 mA output that would need a relay to do a polarity change to (+) to properly interface the vehicles (+) Starter 2 ignition wire.
The first ( upper ) diagram on this link should work fine with the Autopages' Starter2 (-) output.

Thanks, that makes sense. Can I connect 86 and 30 to the 12 V constant, or do I need to connect to the battery? ------------- 2001 Corolla S and 2005 Neon SRT 4 ACR.

Any +12V constant with the current capacity to supply the Starter2 wire. I would also fuse that relay input wire shown accordingly. You might be able to connect it to the same place the Red R/S wires are going to, if that supply wire is thick enough.

At 200 mA? Or another rating?

No the capacity of the constant supply would have to be able to accomadate the second starter wire, if you have taken the constant supply from the ignition harness, then you can take your supply for the relay at this point as well, the 200ma rating is only for the output of the remote starter to trigger the relay.

As T&T says. ( He knows his Nissans! )
Fuse the +12V relay feed. Here is the relay wiring. Relay Pin 85 to AutoPage Gray/Black (-) 200mA Starter2 output Relay Pin 87 to Nissan Sentra Starter 2 BLACK/ Blue @ ingition switch harness Relay Pin 87A not used - insulate Relay Pin 86 and 30 to +12V constant thru 20 Amp fuse ( depending on the Sentras' Starter2 wire guage ) ------------- Soldering is fun!

Here is an update on my wife's car. I had previously attempted to installed the Dei voice module, but with no success. So I installed another 665 from the Corolla and used the power probe 3 to verify that GWA was working. Here is a vid...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1m9AcI-RzI

Fuse at 20 amps.
