What about the second ignition blue / YELLOW? It needs to get energized from the pink/white. You also need to add a relay for the GREEN/ black starter wire. Do you have an immobilizer bypass?

Firstly I'm confused, Python 3000 according to Directwire was simply an alarm.posted_image
If I'm wrong you have a wire called "status output" aka GWR this goes to the keysense, diode split if a by-pass is needed.
Neutral safety; go to the base of the handbrake lever, there will be a switch with 1 wire, connect to it.
Yellow ignition + use with the anti-grind relay.
Use satellite relay output (thin purple second starter neg (-) output) for the second starter relay.
You wiring above is all wrong
Your maintac_2012.bmp
I've used the correct DEI and Toyota colours.
The only one not listed was the ACC, not really required for R/S anyway.
Your pink/white should be set as ignition 2 (Default).
The relay marked 2 is the anti-grind, orange GWA to 85 and the yellow to 86.
Relay #1 is your second starter relay.
N.B. You have TWO constants at the ignition, one is 50 and one 30 amp fused why on earth would you chose the 30 when each of your wires has a 30 amp fuse?
Split the damn load, 1 to each.
As for tach that shou7ld be pin 9 at the diagnostic socket under driver dash (OBD ll).

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
