I completed my installation with a dball on accord 2007 planing to use most fonction of the dball for now.
I plug the arness to 4103 and plan to power the dball with the D2D plug and program button pressed but nothing happened.
I got good 12V on each red wires, and good ground.
No led light up on any of the boxes
I don't have 12V on the red wire of the d2d cable.
Look like I got faulty unit.
Am I missing something.

How do you know you have good ground and 12 volts?

I check it with a volt meter and check the ground with ohmmeter.
I'm an electronic technician, I sure those are good.
The ground is correctly feeded to the d2d plug but the 12V doesn't go trough.
I powered the dball by the harness and it programed just well.

Does the avital 4103 led is supposed to light up or blink the first powering the unit ?

The LED from the 4103 blinks constantly when it's connected for the first time and anytime the lock button is pressed on the remote. I would also test all 4 pins on the D2D port for 12v and ground to ensure you don't have a bad (or incorrectly configured) D2D cable.
If you still don't have power coming from the D2D port, you can cut only the red and black wires from the D2D cable to give the DB-ALL power and ground from another direct source. Then plug the remaining D2D data wires (green and blue)back into the D2D port of the 4103 for the data functions and see if it all works.

That's basiclly what I would do, but I need to figure out if the 4103 work at all. I never nanage to get the led to light up at anytime for now, I'll try some more today, but I'm pretty sure the unit is faulty and I'll have to send it back.
With the d2d cable unplug of the 4103, there's no 12V on the pin (12v of the d2d)
