Want to do a 2012 Ram Diesel regular cab. Want to know what bypass to use. Should I do the T-harness?? Any ideas or experience with this truck???? Thanks in advance!!!!

Depends on what exactly you are wanting to do. Those trucks have been having an issue with tach through data so I would recommend hard wiring tach.
