I recently did a remote start into a 2012 Jeep Liberty. I used the nice compact fortin / compustar unit with the t-harness (cant think of the model # off the top of my head.. uses the factory key fob lock 3 times) with an add-on single button remote for extra range. The install went great, but apparently the factory alarm is being triggered by the remote start. Is there something I missed in the programming? If anyone has a manual handy I would appreciate it (if you know what model I'm talking about, the all in one bypass I guess you could call it.. haha)

Just looked it up, its the FT-CHR2-DC. Still can't figure out why it's setting off the factory alarm with the add-on key fob. Not sure if it's doing it with the factory remote or not.

Edit: Sorry to keep adding on, but I posted before researching figuring I'd get it out there, and upon further research, it looks like I just have to enable unlock before starting. Can anyone verify this?
