I can't start my car. When I turn it to start, there's no turn over, no clicking, no nothing. The battery & electrical all check out fine.

When the key is out of the ignition and in the off position, the remotes work. When in the start position they don't. I've tried to pull the brain out & still didn't work. What can I do to pull out the alarm so I can start it or bypass it?

There should be a violet wire and a green wire coming off the Viper and going to 2 sides of the vehicle starter wire. Reconnect the vehicle's starter wire and it should start. If not then you have other issues besides the Viper.

Dead battery or bad terminals. Bring your battery to have it tested.

"The battery and electrical all work out fine". How was it tested?
Is there an ignition fusible link on this vehicle? If so test it.
Test for voltage at the ignition switch, use a DMM not a test light.
I have great problems in believing that quote on the first line.

That is the thing with customer's blaming alarms for the issue.

In all the years in the industry I have yet to see a Directed alarm that does disarms stop the vehicle from starting. Automatically the remote start is to blame. Can't it be a dead battery? Can't it be a bad starter? As stated by Howie. Test the battery with a DMM. If all is well try checking to see if you hear the starter click. Most cases the starter is the cause of it...

Don't get me wrong. An alarm may cause that but testing is key.

With everything dimming when you turn the key, it tells me it's either a really bad ground somewhere or your battery. It doesn't sound like it's anything with the remote starter.

Eric, wish I had a fiver ($7.50) for every time I heard "the alarm's draining my battery".
It's BS the ave. alarm/RS draws 30-40 milliamp on standby, about 20-30 of that being the LED.
Less than the average car clock.
Whatever happened to what I was brought up to..lift the hood once a week, check all levels inc. the battery.
Not all modern batteries are sealed for life, the only sealed batteries are those with the display bubble, even then there are ways to "unseal" them.
By testing, for the original poster, voltage check on start-up and run, drop test. Test ALL the fuses, test (with a meter, not by looking).

P.S. some of the early 5901s did have problems with the built in starter cut/anti-grind but there are two simple work-arounds for that after testing to confirm, first reconnect the cut starter wire or add a relay.

The only issue i had with the first batch of the new generation viper systems was that it would freeze completely. No response at all.

Also, batteries dying is most notable during the winter. Summer time doesn't happen as much.

Well being that it is a ford my money will be in the starter solenoid. If the lights are dimming in the start position that means the key is doing what if is supposed to( as long as the battery is good) time to work down the line to see what might be bad. Could also be that the transmission is not in park. If the sensor dosent see the car in park it won't allow it to start. Try putting the car in neutral( be carful to have your foot on the brake) try starting the car. If that works go to your local mechanic and explain what is happening.
