hello i'm new to the board. great site

I just got my wheels stollen from my car in my driveway so now i need a alarm.

I drive a 03 toyota matrix 6spd and i would like a really good alarm with a pager remote and with remote start.
I was looking at the clifford matrix RSIII i heard alot of good things about it but it's more then what i want to spend.
I'm looking for something in the $200 range.
I do want it to have the option for auto windows, proximity inside and out and a tilt feature.

I never installed a alarm before only a remote start, how hard would it be in this car?
Also where can i find a wire guide for all the connections i need for my car.
