Hey guys,

Just got an Orbit brand remote starter installed in my 2012 Rogue with keyless entry.  When I left the installer's store, the anti-skid light would light up in the dash and it would feel like the ABS breaks were kicking in on a wheel.

What could have they done wrong to cause that to happen?  I had to leave it with them so they could fix it.  I'm curious what they could have done to have that happen.

Also, I notices that upon entering the vehicle and turning the key cylinder to on and pressing the brake, an error message would come up in the dash about i-key or something similar...

Just looking for info.

Thanks!

The error message is normal unless you gave up a key. The abs is a different story, I've never seen it happen.

ok,  They had to change out a rear bearing so it looks like the ABS isue has to do with a sensor.  I'm not sure if the sensor is built into the bearing, so the sensor is bad, or it's dirty.

I'm just glad to hear that it's most likely not caused by the car starter.

I forgot to mention they did both jobs in the same day...  (Car starter install and bearing replacement)
