What wire on remote starter would be used to have dome light when truck is unlocked and will there have to be a change in any of the settings?

Thanks

Just looked at 500 and 600 series.
Doesn't appear to be a dome light supervision wire.
Does your dome light come on when you unlock the vehicle.
If so you don't need it.
If not wire like so using a 528t timer relay from DEI set for 1 minute:-

2nd. Method would be to take an aux output program it if you can for 1 minute to come on with unlock and wire as follows.BA3_f150_dome.bmp
In the first picture the upper relay shuts the dome off once you engage ignition.

In the second diagram the left hand relay changes the aux wire polarity from NEG (-) to POS (+) and the right hand relay again shuts the dome light off with ignition.
I've shown a 4 pin relay on the left and a 5 pin on the right. You can use 5 pin for both (more commonly available, R/Shack, Auto parts etc.), just don't use 87a on the left relay.

ERROR! Sorry, the first diagram should also have a red and a black wire on the 528t. The red goes to 87a on the upper relay, the black to ground (85 on the upper relay).

You probably don't need it on that truck but...

If you have the CM5x00 or CM6x00 series and the OP-500 programmer, you can use any unused POC output on CN2 by programming it to Option 9.

Which would of course be my second diagram.
Left hand relay to change the polarity, right hand to turn off the dome light with ignition.

That wouldn't be a dig at a certain soccer non-team would it?
Paranoia aside the last laugh is when we get rid of our POS manager we snatch Klinsmann the US manager, he is after all a Spurs ex-player (A Jew by adoption).
