This is starting to get stupid.
Do some research please, all those silly questions.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Well I did some research and seems like people like the Au-94tm better than the 508d. Just looking for some feedback from personal experiences from the forums members. What your opinion on which is the better sensor between the two?

You can never tell 'till you install each and try them.
There's a dual zone prox from Conlog a large South African electronics firm. It's half the size of a 508d and works brilliantly.
I installed one about 5 years ago and can't seem to find them anymore.
You might as well ask how long's a piece of string.
Why are you even asking? You've already installed a 508d.

In that case, provide YOUR details when you ask. Different vehicles and applications result in different performance.

You should also include what you have or what you have already reviewed.
And maybe define "best" - what? - best price, best reliability in alpine regions, best battery drainer?

Of course if you don't mind a collection of replies like...
LA9030. Great.
then ignore the above.

And if you are asking someone specificially, then include their name in the subject, though some might answer PMs (I'll generally ask such PMers to post the question publicly).

Ok Well I have a 97 F150 extended cab pickup and currently have the DEI 508D proximity sensor mounted in the center of my overhead console.

Just curious to see If there are better performing proximity sensors than the 508D.

I just want the best performing sensor for my truck.
