Hello.....

I have encountered a problem that I cannot seem to figure.  I have a Viper5902 installed in my 2001 Infiniti QX4.  Up until a few weeks ago the smartstart feature does not work.  I have looked at the module and realize that there is no light on.  (Before, there was always a constant LED visable).  Everything else works fine but the smartstart.  Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

Pete.

On the US model there are 2 lights. One amber for cell network activity and one green light for data communication to the 5902 brain. The green light should be on solid while the amber light should be either solid or on off on on on off in a slow but steady pattern. That is the typical stand by flashes. There should be a small fuse holder on the red power wire going to the 12v source. I would start there.
