Anyone have an idea what company this alarm is from?? just bought a truck with an alarm and remote starter already installed but they didnt have the LCD key fob for it. Rather not spend extra money and time if i can just get a replacement key fob. It says nothing on it tryed google searches couldnt find anything that looked like this.

It looks like an older Ultrastart system. Possibly a 1200 or 1300 series unit.

Try searching a TL1250 from Ultrastart.

Are you sure it's an alarm also? I don't notice any inputs that would indicate it's also an alarm. I could be wrong, but it looks like a remote starter only.

Ultrastart is made by AST and had a couple of other brands that also looked like this one such as 1Start. It used the same remotes and antenna just a different name.

Is the antenna all black or is part of it clear?

im not 100% sure if it has an alarm i havent looked into it that much. I did take a quik look under the hood to see if i could find the siren or wires for it and i didnt see anything so they either did a really good job hiding it or there isnt one. Im just assuming its an alarm aswell just because the previous owner said it had a lcd paging system.

Agree with Frank,  sure looks like an Ultra Start unit, remote start with keyless entry.  It's an older model going by the date code 01267 ( produced the 267th day of 2001 ) printed on the white label under the firmware code of A11.   Might try looking at this manual to see if it matches up :  https://www.ultrastarters.com/manuals/Prev.Manuals/05_08/MAN-12XX-INSTALL-U-2005.pdf    If it is a basic one-way AM type unit, most any 4 button FOB will probably work.  You can find them on EBay for $10 and pairing them is fairly simple.

Might try a call to Ultra Start at 877-598-2100 with the info from that white label.
