Checked out a friend of mine remote starter the other day. Her transmitter was toast. I had a couple of the Ultra start transmitter so I tried to program them. Did the key on key off and key on and left it on... pushed and held the button on the antenna.. no horn honk because it is not hooked up but got 5 relay clicks from the unit.. Will not program the new transmitters... Pulled the unit out and on the back of the unit it said G11 as the model... Does anyone know if there is a different programming procedure for this model? It does not even list it on their website.... Thanks for your help!!!!

The G11 should be the same as the U12xx series. I have programmed many different AM remotes to them. Seems to take them all.

I will upload the G11 Install Guide to the Downloads section for futher reference.

Oh that is a lot more clear. I was not holding the button when pressing the lock button on the transmitter... I will give it another try this weekend.. Thanks for all your help.... Have a great Christmas!!!!!
