I am installing a viper 4103 in my 2003 dodge ram standard cab. I already have the remote start working and works beautifully. The thing that im caught on is the door locks. I found the unlock and lock wires and tapped my wires from the unit into them but still doesnt work. With the viper there are factory disarm and rearm wires do i need to use these to bypass the stock keyless and if so how and what wires do I use?Any help will be much appreciated thank you.

Which wire(s) did you tap into for locks? It should only be a single wire for arm/disarm or lock/unlock.

If your Ram has factory alarm, you would use the arm/disarm wire -

Factory Alarm Arm      lt. GREEN/ orange      -      driver kick panel
Notes: This will also do door locks. Arm/lock is negative trigger thru a 2K ohm resistor. Disarm/unlock is negative trigger thru a 480 ohm resistor. Single pulse will do disarm without unlocking the doors. Unlock requires a double pulse. MUST use relays.
Factory Alarm Disarm      same wire as alarm arm

If your Ram does not have factory alarm, you would use the lock/unlock wire -

Power Lock      WHITE/ green      -      driver kick panel
Notes: Lock requires a negative trigger thru a 820 ohm resistor. Unlock requires a negative trigger thru a 330 ohm resistor. MUST use relays.
Power Unlock      same wire as power lock

I've worked on a few Rams of that generation and the wire is very easily found in the Driver's Kick Panel behind that plastic cover and behind the soft mat.

The setup would be like this one from a Dodge Caravan.

You would just need to use the correct resistors for lock and unlock as I stated above. I usually take the lock and unlock wires from the remote starter/alarm and cut a few inches from each end and place the resistor in between to not have the resistor directly attached to that WHITE/ green wire.

Once I do that are there any other wires I have to use to make the door locks work...there is wires on the system that say factory disarm and rearm do I use these or will the locks work when I hook them to that WHITE/ green wire?

The factory disarm and rearm wires are only used if your truck has a factory alarm. Otherwise, all you need is just the WHITE/ green wire to lock/unlock.
