Hello, looking for a manual for a remote start I'm trying to troubleshoot for a friend. It's a Directed product (AM-8231TW), currently installed in a 2005 Silverado with an ADS-DL bypass. Can't find any mention of this model online anywhere....any help much appreciated!

I'm curious about the model number. It sounds like an Autostart brand from DEI. I know they have a 2381TW?
Do you have a picture of the remote or brain? or an FCC ID?

Thks for the response Frank....ended up taking the brain out to have a look inside, this thing is cooked! Nonetheless, interesting that I couldn't find a single bit of info online regarding this model....definitely a Directed product, tagged AM-8231TW as mentioned, and also says on it "Hybrid remote start/keyless/alarm/d2d/1-way/2-way Version H3.S24 Lot#708B. While I had it apart noticed a CS800 stamping on the circuit board....thks again, Al
