Dball wiring diagram requires Ground While Running connection to viper 5904 but there is no GWA point shown on 5904 wiring diagram.
And do the 5904 H3/2 + fused ignition 2 input, the H3/6 + fused ignition 1 input, and the H3/9 + fused accessory/starter inputs connect to the vehicle ignition red wire?

The Viper GWR is a DARK BLUE wire marked as (-) 200mA STATUS OUTPUT.  The ORANGE (-) 500mA GR0UND WHEN ARMED 0UTPUT
may not be necessary for your install.

Yes, all three H3 +12V constant input wires ( plus the H1/1 Red wire ) go to the trucks +12V constant wires.  There should be two going to
the ignition switch, one Red and one RED / White.  You should split the Vipers wires between both of these supply wires.  Here is a link to
a pictorial on a 2003 Yukon, which should be pretty much the same as your Silverado  :  https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp~TID~133000~PN~1
