So I want to use the truck release while using a alarm trigger if the trunk is open. Is there a way a Python 990 will pop the trunk and temp ignore the trunk has been opened for a few moments? Or am i just gonna have to disarm the alarm the alarm if i want to pop the trunk?

If you pop the trunk with the python remote, it should disarm the alarm before popping it.
If you pop the trunk with the key while the alarm is armed, it will set off the alarm.
