Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone has been able to use any wire from the output of the ford factory keyless entry coded keypad on the drivers door to disable the alarm on an aftermarket DEI unit, in my instance a python 574?

I was just wondering if anyone could hint as to which wires would need to be connected where?

Here are some ford diagrams attached if it helps...

The keypad will work just fine if you use the correct alarm with it. Use an upgrade style alarm like the PRO9233N, it disarms from seeing the drivers door motor unlock pulse while not disarming if someone just uses the lock button on the door. The factory keyfob and the keypad both do this. You can buy upgrade alarms for near next to nothing on Ebay and would be much simplier than trying to make it work with some other alarm not designed for it...
