Hey guys,

I'm installing a clifford matrix 1x on a Honda accord 2001 lx without a keyless module. The car wiring diagrams says the wire is WHITE/ red for trunk release but since the car model is lx I have to use grn/blu which is near the keyless module. i cant seem to tap into that wire. Does anyone know any other place where I can find to use the trunk release wire.

As far as I know only the EX has an electric trunk release motor.

You'd have to add an aftermarket trunk release solenoid, or better yet, try to get the OEM parts from an EX at the junkyard.
