installing a compustar cm4200 with a fortin evo-can..everything installed,tried to program evo-all and it won't program.The led never changes when i turn the key on..I also have a no start with the key situation and the service theft deterrent system is on the dash.

Evo-Can or Evo-All?? you have both listed. D2D or W2W?

got the evo-can to program..still get the service theft deterrent system on dash..car starts with key,i wont get the car back till friday.
