I am installing an Audiovox Prestige APS787N in a 04 Mitsubishi Galant.I was wondering if there was a bypass module that doesn't require a key that I could use to control door locks and if there was one wire that i could use for door trigger instead of having to diode isolate 4 wires one for each door.

Not a whole lot of bypass modules available for that car.  Your best choice is the Fortin Pats Mitsubishi 2 bypass module.  You will
need two keys to program it but won't need a dealer scan tool or have to leave a key in the car.  See one on EBay for $20.

I was just about to say similar but according to this manual from Fortin, the dealer tool is only needed for 2007 and up models.

All door trigger per Directwire -

Door Trigger      lt. green      -      dash fuse box, top, white 15 pin plug, pin 6

Locks and factory alarm control wiring are very easy to get to right under the dash.

Wow thanks for the quick reply I had my eye on that one but was hoping for something similar to a Gm style bypass where i could connect to OBD2
wire but thanks again for your help.
