There is wiring info in the vehicle wiring section for this car and also several posts that you can search that will give you tips and other wiring info. I don't know if you will a pictorial on that car but the wiring is fairly easy to find.

There are several options available for the Passlock II bypass. You can build one with relays and resistors. You can also purchase one such as the idatalink ADS-TB (requires an account to flash the right firmware) or the Fortin passlock-sl2-v2. I prefer the idatalink over anything since it learns and bypasses the passlock II via the data wire in the truck versus the passlock wires coming from the ignition switch.
