No, but everything should be easy to figure out with your meter. Lights will likely be left and right instead of one for both and can be caught at the fuse/relay panel under the hood. Everything else should be relatively easy with the exception of finding a decent spot to hide the siren where it won't be exposed to heat or weather, but if you have the room, the best place has typically been in the rear of the vehicle high on the firewall.
