i wanted to instal a Audiovox AS9234 on a 2001 bmw x5

and this is what they claim....

"In the past, consumers wanting to add security and the convenience of remote start to the keyless entry system on their brand new car had to settle for two transmitters. That is until now. The AS9234 is the industry's first and only add-on security system/remote start system that lets the factory OE keyless entry system control the security and remote start features. One transmitter manages all features: keyless entry, vehicle security and remote start. "

will it be hard to instal it or anybody worked with it, i already installed couple of Audiovox car starters.

also since im going to be needed a immobilizer bypass module,
is this one going to work with it.

DEI 555B EWS II immobilizer interface module (bypass module)

Dead easy, virtually everything you need to get at is under the driver dash.
Use a DEI 556UW with the GREY valet key wired Euro fashion as per the instructions.
Connect the vehicle purple ACC as the second ignition otherwise it won't start.
Tach is a black wire pin 9 on the DLC (OBD ll) next to the driver puddle lamp.
You can effectively bin any 555 unit they never really worked.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
